Dunbar Scaffold Hire is a trusted provider of customised scaffolding and access solutions across the Bathurst region — and we're growing. We're currently seeking applications for two positions: an Experienced Scaffolder and an Apprentice / Trainee Scaffolder.
Position 1
Experienced Scaffolder
We're looking for a qualified, reliable scaffolder to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. You'll work across commercial, industrial and residential projects right here in the Bathurst region, with above-award wages on offer for the right person.
What you need
- Scaffolding Licence (Basic, Intermediate or Advanced)
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Current White Card
- Valid driver's licence
- Strong commitment to safety
Desirable skills
- Intermediate Scaffolding Licence
- First Aid Certificate
- Working at Heights cert
- EWP or Confined Space ticket
- Experience across multiple sectors
Position 2
Apprentice / Trainee Scaffolder
No experience? No problem. We're offering a fully supported apprenticeship or traineeship. You'll earn while you learn, working alongside our experienced team on real projects from day one. All we ask is that you show up, work hard, and want to build a genuine trade career.

- White Card (or willing to obtain)
- Physical fitness — active role
- Reliable with a great attitude
- Eagerness to learn a trade
